Dr. Diamond was born in Ogden, UT and raised in a small town in northern Utah. He is the youngest of three sons. He completed his undergraduate bachelor degrees in Spanish and Zoology at Weber State University. During his time at Weber State, he completed multiple medical missions to South America where he fell in love with dentistry and medicine. He then completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he graduated Magna Cum Laude at the top of his class. Dr. Diamond’s further exposure to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery during his dental school training confirmed his desire to pursue a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Diamond’s Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training was completed at the University of Cincinnati where he was trained in full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His training included general anesthesia and sedation, dentoalveolar and implant surgery, orthognathic and corrective jaw surgery, temporomandibular joint surgery, pathology, trauma surgery and exposure to cleft lip and palate surgery as part of a Smile Train unit in Bangalore, India. His training during residency prepared him with the unique set of skills to treat patients with a wide variety of dental and facial deformities.

Dr. Diamond and his wife Tara have three amazing children; Kynli, Mason, and Carson. Dr. Diamond and his family enjoy the outdoors and are excited to be close to mountains again so they can enjoy some of their favorite hobbies like camping, hiking, skiing, four-wheeling, bike riding and fishing. Each of their children are very active and enjoy playing all kinds of sports. They are excited to become a part of the local sporting community.

Dr. Diamond is excited to be a part of the Inland Oral Surgery team. He has been well trained during his residence to begin treatment of a wide variety of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions. He is now accepting new adult and pediatric patients.
